Refunds for Products and Services Sold by Store Owners
Each store owner on SoaringStores is fully responsible for managing refunds related to their products or services. If you would like to request a refund, please contact the store owner directly to resolve the issue. SoaringStores can process refunds at the store owner’s request, but only after the matter has been settled between the store owner and the customer.
Returns for Products Sold by Store Owners
Returns are managed solely by the individual store owner. Please reach out to the respective store for their return policy and procedures. SoaringStores does not handle returns directly but facilitates communication between the store owner and the customer, if needed.
Platform-Specific Refunds
SoaringStores does not handle refunds or returns for goods or services sold by store owners. Store owners must first settle any refund or return issues directly with their customers. Once resolved, store owners can contact SoaringStores to process a refund on their behalf, as we facilitate the payment process but do not sell products ourselves.
Where to find the Refund Policy for Store Owners
Each store on the SoaringStores platform will have it’s Refund & Returns policy linked in the footer area of the store, this link will be visible on all pages of the store. Before making an online purchase, customers would need to first accept the Refund & Returns policy of the particular store during checkout by clicking the “I understand and accept the Refunds & Return policy” checkbox. We ask that you the customer first read the Refund & Returns policy of the store you are purchasing from before checking the “Accept” checkbox and placing the order.
